  • feminalise

Gold medal in the “Feminalise” competition of 2013

  • etoile

One star in the Hachette Wine Guide 2015

“Sylvie Bourgogne took over the estate created in 1899 by her great-grandfather in 1986. Forced to sell the production due and reduce the vineyard (3 ha today), she vinified her first Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune in 2012.
A very successful first, this cuvée born from a fifty-year-old vine. A deep purple wine, with a delicate nose of red fruits and sweet spices, fresh on the attack, long, ample, rich and powerful in its development. Character and outfit.

    Recommended aging period: 2015 – 2018.

Suggested food pairing: Grilled leg of lamb. »
